The following items are not required in all situations, but having this information at hand during your loan application process will likely help expedite the loan process. Once your application have been received and reviewed by your loan counselor, they will advise you to forward only those of the following items that are necessary for your approval.

       General Application Checklist

• Copy of two recent pay stubs

• Current mortgage statement or account information

• Two year's previous W2s

• Homeowner's insurance policy

• A copy of your Deed of Trust

• Previous property assessments, if applicable

• Current value of your house

• Divorce decree (if applicable)

• Bankruptcy statement (if applicable)

• Copies of previous 12 months rental payment checks (if currently renting)

              Purchase Loans               

• Purchase Contract

• Photo-copy of the Earnest Money Deposit check

             Self-Employed Borrowers                  

• Two year's previous tax returns

• Year-to-date Profit & Loss statement

             VA Loans - (Veterans Administrations)

• Your VA Certificate of Eligibility (green certificate), or;

• Your statement of services, or your DD214
